MAUI is the autonomous company layer we build and run inside milbo — a set of AI officers that pick up work, coordinate it, and move it forward. It can carry a piece of work across the whole path: intake and qualification, a scoping document, a sprint plan, and a delivery report at the end — each step handed cleanly to the next.
As agentic as that is, a person still signs off on anything that leaves the studio, and every artefact is reviewed before it counts. The point isn’t that a human never touches the work; it’s that the routine coordination between the touches now runs on its own.
Next up is sales orchestration — putting the same end-to-end coordination behind outbound and pipeline, so the studio scales without the overhead scaling with it.
